5.  Gold is delivered to your pre-determined Refinery in Country of choice 

6.  Gold can only be delivered to countries in Good-Standing with the United States

- Buyers are financially responsible for all Final Assay and Smelting costs 

- Review your Official Assay Report and Approve of conclusion

- Pay your Balance in full at Refinery

- Ownership of Gold is transferred to you, you take possession and custody of your Au Gold
